Grapevine Shoot Tip Cryopreservation and Cryotherapy: Secure Storage of Disease-Free Plants

October 15th  – An international team of researchers, including Wenlu Bi from the Department of Plant Agriculture at the University of Guelph, recently published a new scientific study in the journal Plants. The study investigates cryotherapy and cryopreservation as means of ridding grapevines of diseases and safely storing them for propagation of clean plant material.
